BREAKING: Autóbalesetben meghalt Jeff Gladney!
Több forrás is beszámolt arról, hogy a Vikings korábbi első körös cornere, Jeff Gladney meghalt egy autóbalesetben. A 25 éves védő idén írt alá két évre összesen 6,5 millió dollárért a Cardinalshoz. Nyugodjék békében!
A 2020-ban első körös cornerbacket a Vikings választotta ki, de tavaly ki is vágta, mert hivatalosan is megvádolták kapcsolaton belüli erőszakkal. Pár hónapja azonban az esküdtszék ártatlannak ítélte, így a Cardinals adott neki egy új esélyt. Rövid pályafutása alatt 81 tackle-t, egy fumble-t és három leütött passzt jegyzett.
Officials later confirmed that it was a male and a female in one of
the cars that died in the accident — their names won’t be released
until they are positively identified and next of kin is notified.
Investigators say their preliminary information indicates one vehicle
was speeding and clipped the second vehicle from behind. The speeding
vehicle lost control and hit the pier beam of the Woodall Rogers
Freeway. The second vehicle was also occupied by two people but neither
was seriously injured.
